Who we are

venicehoteldanieli.com is an independent travel information website about Hotel Danieli in Venice. We are not the hotel, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Gruppo Statuto or any hotel group. What we collect

We collect only what the site needs to work and to answer you:

• · Information you give us. Your name, email address, country and message when you use the contact form.
• · Technical data. IP address, browser type, device, referring page and pages viewed, collected automatically by our server logs and analytics.
• · Search preferences. The dates and guest numbers you enter in the availability panel, which are passed to the booking partner to build your search. We do not store them.

We do not collect payment details. Any transaction happens on our booking partner's site, under their systems and their policies.

How we use it

Affiliate disclosure

Booking links on this site are affiliate links. If you make a reservation after following one, we may receive a commission from the booking platform. It costs you nothing extra and never changes the price you are shown. It also does not change what we write — the information here is intended to be accurate whether or not you book.

How long we keep data

Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on continuing correspondence. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form.

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format.
